Although I have been priding myself only using a big knife for everything I have been finding myself reaching for this one ever since I got it :) ! Iβve been enjoying cutting apples, carrots and stale bread and it went through like butter. The design is beautiful - surprisingly different but yet so functional. Love it, thank you!
