Knife Sharpening Service

Our complimentary knife sharpening service is available exclusively for HEPHAIS knives purchased in Australia by Australian retailers.

* Please note that we are unable to sharpen knives from other brands. A separate fee will apply for the return of non-HEPHAIS knives.

Our skilled craftsmen will meticulously sharpen your blades, restoring their edge and ensuring they slice through ingredients with ease. We also expertly repair most broken tips and chips, ensuring your knives remain in top condition. We recommend professional sharpening every 12 months for optimal performance and to extend the life of your investment.

• As a valued customer, your Hephais knives are eligible for our complimentary sharpening service.

• Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We have implemented a tiered pricing structure based on the number of knives being returned:

  • 1-2 knives: $19.95
  • 3-5 knives: $29.95
  • 6 or more knives: $39.95
• While most sharpening services are completed within 7-10 business days, please allow extra time for severely damaged knives.
• Unfortunately, we cannot repair knives that are beyond repair.
• Our commitment is to provide you with the best possible service and ensure your knives remain in optimal condition.

Packing Your Knives:

To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your knives, please take extra care when packaging them for shipping. Securely pack your knives in a sturdy box using appropriate cushioning materials, such as bubble wrap or packing peanuts. This will help prevent damage during transit and ensure the safety of postal carriers.

1. Prepare your packaging materials: Cardboard box or newspaper, bubble wrap, packing tape, and protective packaging(ex.cardboard box, bubble envelop or mailing tube)
2. Wrap your knife securely in cardboard or two or more sheets of newspaper. Pay close attention to the tip, heel, and cutting edge, ensuring they are fully protected. If sending multiple knives, wrap each one separately. Do not use tea towels for wrapping.

3. Securely wrap the knife in a layer of bubble wrap.

4. Place your wrapped knife in a protective packaging(ex.cardboard box, bubble envelop or mailing tube). Close the box securely with tape.

* Ship your knife to us using Signature On Delivery for added security. We will then sharpen your knife and return it to you via Signature On Delivery, allowing you to track its delivery status online.
